It took too long, not all repairs could be completed, late notice to pick up and I couldn’t make it before service closed so I was out of a car for two days and had to come back on Monday. And, I still need to come back to fix warranty work.

I took my car in for an oil change a week and a half ago where they said they checked my battery and it was at 590 and it completely died yesterday and I needed a new one. Had they actually checked my battery when my car was in, they would have seen my battery was low and that it was covered under warranty and could have replaced it right then and there and saved me from being stuck in a parking lot on a 100 degree day waiting for AAA to come not once but twice. Also, Ismael has great customer service but the other people I dealt with were rude and did not provide good customer service AT ALL.
