Was ignored by service guys, not a head nod eye contact for several minutes. Was asked my name and the service guy slid a piece of paper towards me and turned away. I rad thru the receipt and was not asked if I had any questions re my service. When my car was brought up I asked the tech to reset my screen disolay. He said just hit reset and walked away. I knew from last visit it takes more than thst. 3 service personnel later and approx 15 mins I was finally on my way. Not happy

JC took care of me and my mustang perfectly as always and I am very appreciative! My local ford dealer, Santa margarita ford refused to help me with a rear bumper back up sensor that somehow came loose and was not working correctly even though I have the extended warranty service plan from ford. I left Santa margarita ford very upset and called Ken Grody a Buena Park where I purchased my mustang 11 months ago. I wish I lived closer to Ken Grody Ford because you guys and especially JC are the best! Thank you so much!!!
