I went in for an 8:30 appointment to have my Flex service. The service attendant stated it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I waited the 2 1/2 hours at the dealer I went to the service department after 3 hours and ask if my Flex was done? The service attendant stated that it was going to be another 30 minute wait I asked him why he stated “oh we got back up” I was upset. There were 2 other men that arrived after me at 10:30 AM and was done by 12:30PM. I don’t appreciate waiting almost 5 hours to get an oil change. The service attendant has bad communication and didn’t let me know that there was a delay in service. I not a happy costumer.

Annette was EXCELLENT!!! I had the best experience with her! She provided all facts, time involved and cost! I was SO satisfied that I decided to purchase my brakes, tires and filter through Ken Grody Ford! She kept me in the loop with everything! Thank You so much Annette! I have given her a heads up that I will also be bringing my 1999 Ford F-150 in soon! In addition let me also say that I received twice the most professional service from your night guard Sergio! Although he is not directly employed by Ken Grody Ford, I want you to know that he represents you well and truly should be recognized! He was VERY helpful with my night drop offs and his help was much appreciated!

All in all I was satisfied, but it was a rocky start. They were not able to find my appointment and the customer service was mediocre when I dropped off my vehicle. Pricing wasn’t explained to me without me asking and I felt like I was just a number. I was told I was going to receive a call about my air filters, but I never did. My car took longer than the 2.5 hour original quote also. When I picked up my vehicle, the advisor was a lot friendlier and nicer. Not sure what had changed with his mood, but it was almost a 180. Wish the service was that good at the beginning of the day! Otherwise, they did a good job on my car.

I was told by my service writer that I would receive a call with status on my car on several different occasions only to receive nothing of the sort. I Tried to call several times only to be put on hold, disconnected etc trying to just speak with someone to obtain current status on my car. I was given misinformation by my service writer. I was told that the parts to repair my car had been on backorder but were in now and my car should be ready in 2 days only to find out from the service director 5 days later that the parts had actually only just arrived. He apologized that I had been misinformed assured me that he would see to it that my car would be ready for pick up in just a few days and that I would receive a call with status. Ken Grody had my car for a total of 2 days shy of 6 weeks. I find it unfortunate that it took the service directors involvement to right a wrong. Prior to the service directors involvement I was convinced that I would NEVER visit Ken Grody again. I had already shared my experience with my family and friends. They agreed that I received very poor customer service and that they as well have no intentions of ever visiting this dealership as they did not want to take the chance of receiving the same service and do not need the aggravation.
