She noted all my concerns and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She checked in with me several times providing updates, describing all the repairs that needed to get done along with total cost of labor and parts. Before we took the car home she suggested a test drive just to make sure everything was up and running the way it should be. I felt she genuinely cared about my vehicle and treated it as if it was her own!
