Took Expedition in for a oil change and fuel filter. When I picked it up I was notified I needed brakes. I wish I was called and notified I needed brakes so I could of just had them done then. Now I have waste time again and go back to have brakes done.

I have been a customer of Ken Grody for over 10 years. I have always enjoyed what felt like specialized service from your agent's. This last visit didn't feel that way. When I was quoted the prices for my service, I asked if there was a coupon price they could hook me up with. I was told there was a 5 dollar coupon but they would not honor it unless I actually had the coupon. This felt too commercialized and lacked any form of taking care of your customer. It was 5 dollars, not 50 and would have gone a long way to making me like my rep was trying to take care of me. Also - when I was told to come pick up my car, I was not It told of any recommended service. I had to ask to receive this info. It turned out that I needed a cabin air filter which I would nOt have known to have done if I hadn't asked. In the past, I have always been told right away about recommended services so there would be time to complete them. Lastly, I asked 2 agents about services needed at 100,000 miles since a separate dealership and failed to complete them. I was promised a call. Back by the end of the day but have. Ot received one. In all, I was provided good service, just not as high a level as I am accusomted to from Ken Grody.

Had our vehicle for over 10 days, gave us a rent a car got home with it, it had a nail in the tire had to Take it back to rent a car The next day, and they gave us another car. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience at all !
