I appreciated all the care and help I received although my trunk is still not locking correctly but I only mentioned this issue happening I did not have that as the main service to be completed. Henry was thoughtful in asking me if I had any other problems.

Some of the items were not fixed after 3 weeks truck had grease marks all over . Now have another rattle in the dash and we have had an issue with the rear seat belts not working since we got the truck and has been in service a few times for this problem. Now the technician says we damaged the seat belt. We only use the truck for travelling do we don't always know if all has been fixed. It needs to come back in again to finish fixing the items that it was left there for this is starting to become a normal problem with the service on my vehicle. Mike has always been a great service advisor but since we have been to two different people nothing is complete
