I answered YEs for satisfaction but this is only for Annette. But maintenance service was slow. I had 10 o’clock appointment and came in 5 minutes before the time as it’s important for me to respect time. Annette gave me ETA approx. 1.5 hours to complete. I kinda was ready for waiting 2 hours. However today it took almost 4 hours with no sufficient explanations. I was told staff went to lunch..
I don’t know exactly what happened but if this should be addressed. It’s hard to imagine no one cover someone’s lunch time Annette took seriously for me and I appreciate her, I hope my opinion will be one of opportunities for improvement.
It’s easy to find out other place to buy cars/ services. Thank you
