I could cut and paste my comments from each of my previous visits over the years. Simply put - friendly, fair, timely, great communication, accommodating, service work done exactly as you’d expect. As I told Raul and all the service advisors I’ve worked with, they’re why I bought another Edge. I like the car a lot, but over the years the service is phenomenal. Now, I just need you all to convince my wife that we really need to get a GT350 and things will be perfect... ;)
