I was quite disappointed in the way my service request was handled recently. I was constantly told the car would be ready in a certain amount of time, yet I never got the car at said time. I was asked to wait a bit longer both times I followed up on my vehicle. I was also told I would be compensated on a fuel top off at the time of receiving my car for the inconvenience yet they weren’t able to deliver on that either. I’m not inclined to bring the vehicle back at this location if service is required. Not the experience I was expecting.
