It took 4 days to fix the problem with our Ford Escape's emissions problem. Monday they hadn't figued out the problem. Tuesday they had to order parts. Wednesday they got **** on another vehicle. Thursday afternoon at 3 o30 or so finally got the car. Never have had this type of delay in 14 years of the best service you could ever ask for from your dealership!

I came in to have my F150 repaired and the truck had to be kept overnight.Tim made sure a car was loaned to me so I could run my appointments today.Tim then called me to say the repairs are completed and your truck will be ready when you get here. The service **** here. I will never go back and I will tell people not to go here to buy a car or get a car fixed. You do NOT call a customer and have no details about what is going on with the car. Don’t call me saying what the code is when you call someone you call them with the code and detail because that is what they want to know. Also do NOT let the customer do your job for you. The customer should not have to wait around all day to hear what is going on with their car especially when it’s been in the shop for 2 days. The representative should call the customer back before 12pm not wait till 3pm in the afternoon or wait till the customer called them. That is unacceptable and very poor customer service. People have a job to do just like the service rep does people can’t wait around all day to know what’s going on especially if they have to make plans to get a ride. You need to treat your customer like you want to be treated cause I am sure the rep would NOT want to be treated the way I was treated. Plus I shouldn’t have to tell the rep how to do his job. He wasn’t even going to look at the notes from the pervious service I had done. Yes, I understand you need to run you’re own test but at least look at the notes so you don’t fix the same thing the other place did. I feel customer service skills need to be trained again to all reps. Customer service is a BIG deal. If customer service isn’t there then as a customer I won’t go back.
