We had a broken glass vase in the rear floor board. My wife had broken it and for got to clean it up. Pablo notified us of the broken vase and we told him we had done it not the tech. Pablo insisted on cleaning it up and vacuuming the rear seat. It was not his problem but insisted in clean it up for us. I was very impressed in his professionalism and integrity.

El servicio por parte de Henrry Garibay muy bueno Pero por parte de los vendedores de Ford tube mala experiencia ya que compre un Ford Explorer sport y tiene algunos problemas pero ay una parte que esta fallando pero no me lo pueden arreglar por que no esta bajo Garantia. La parte cuesta alrededor de $1200. Y no lo cubren por Garantia cuando yo compre este carro claro me dijeron que el carro estaba cubierto bajo Garantia de bumper a bumper y eso fue mentira los vendedores usan mentiras para convencer a los compradores. Eso no esta bien supuestamente el carro que compre es un pre owner lo vendieron com nuevo tengo un año y meses con el y muchos problemas con el carro que pena que esta Compañía use trabajadores para vender bajo mentiras y no explicar al comprador exactamente que es lo que cubre su supuesta garantia de bumper a bumper

I went in for an oil change. I’ve been paying $20 more per month for the oil changes. I was told that I’m no longer under warranty. That’s fine, but the 20 i have paid per month isn’t really a warranty is it? Then i was told it was time to change my windshield wipers. I was told they were changed on my previous oil change (under warranty). Turns out they were not. So I’m off to a great start. I said I’d pay for the oil change, though I felt i already have. After complaining that the wipers should have been changed last time, they added that free. So i left for an hour and a half (the time they said it would take for an oil change). Came back and was told they did the cabin filter for me as well but with a catch. They broke off two lug nuts on two different tires. They said they were over torqued from my last oil change. I’m they had no idea how long it would be to fix that so they gave me a rental and did not finish that day. I went the next morning 9 am and picked up my truck. They also charged me for the great experience. So basically my simple oil change i had already paid for monthly, cost me 24 hours and $70. This will be the last time Ken Grody sees me or anyone i can talk out of going. I’m going to buy my truck out with an outside lender so i can cut ties. An oil change and wiper blades just cost the dealership a Raptor!
