Pablo did good. The service wasn’t at first but they finally fixed what they broke while doing a diagnosis and didn’t try to charge me for it. So yeah I’m satisfied.

Annette was great. Ik sad that the issue was not found. My warranty is almost up and this being the 8th time I've taken it in....I really feel someone should have found the problem by now.
