Anette was fantastic as usual. She is very friendly and honest. She is the only reason we haven't called FoMoCo yet. We specified in writing for the vehicle to not be washed. This is due to a specific ceramic coating that cannot be washed with certain materials or products. Anette wrote it on the service wrote up yet somehow magically the vehicle was washed. Anette was honest and apologetic and handled the situation to the best she could have. We now have an outstanding issue with Ken grody ford that hopefully will be resolved soon.
