I wish Raul would of gone over what is covered under my warranty before he processed my car. As opposed to me finding out what isn’t covered after a part had been taken out of my car and the labor had already unofficially been started. All warranty things should be conveyed to the customer before the car is processed for service. I really like Raul as a person and the clarity and detailed experience he gives each customer.

Tim was not friendly when I came on Monday at 2pm. I only came for oil change and tire rotation. He insisted that I leave the car overnight because he has no time and can’t do the oil change. I told him that I will come tomorrow. At that time I asked him if He can change the wiper blade on driver side, he told me that they only do both sides. I said ok. I came the next day at 915 am and dropped the car. I asked, how long will it take. He said maybe 4 hrs. I did not want to wait there for 4 hrs. So, I left and took Uber home. At 1030 am, he called me and said that the car is ready. I also took Uber to pick up my car. By the way, when I told Tim that I only want to change the wiper blade on the driver’s side, he suddenly said that it is ok. My first interaction with Tim was not pleasant. I thought that he was rude and disrespectful, but the next day, he was nice. I don’t know if he checked service history or saw something. But still, I was not impressed by him in dealing with customers.
