They had my vehicle for 3 days and after three days they tell me that the recall part will take a week to get there. I think a service tech manager should have been able to give me that information the day I brought it in. So tell me how you would feel if it was your car that was in the Ford dealer for 3 days only to find out you had to come pick up the vehicle and then wait for them to call you when the part came in. To go through it all once again in this ridiculous covid. We're in. I'm pretty sure you feel the same way I do. I was very polite to Tim I think he's a great guy but you asked. Lousy way to run a business.
