We brought in my 2012 Ford Focus bc it had a recall and was over heating and had a leak. Raul charged us $150 to diagnose what was wrong. He told us the engine had water and that it needed to be replaced which would be over $8000. That amount is out of our budget so we took the car to a mechanic down the street. He said that the water pump was bad causing the leak and replaced it for only $300. Your service department didn't do a thorough job and just wanted me to buy a new car instead of finding out the real problem. I paid $150 just to be lied to. Now I do not trust your dealership and I will never ever bring my car back to your business.

Raul tries very hard to keep up with the demand of his job. However I appreciated that Raul never lost sight of the importance and attention to customer service even though he was swamped. He could use a runner or some help to accommodate the demand for service a lot better.
