The only reason I was not satisfied, was my car wasn't acting up while it was in the shop, so they were never able to pinpoint the problem. Everyone was very nice and professional and did their best to fix the issue, but my car had other ideas. I'm sure in time we'll get it fixed, but for this particular service, they were not able to resolve the problem
