The only part of the services I really wasn't pleased with was on a recall service job this was Fords problem not mine. There was no loaner car or shuttle service to get me to work or to come get my truck when it was done in which I had to ride my bike to work then take a $25 uber ride to pick up my truck plus you didn't even wash the truck in which always done in the past. I have purchase two vehicles from Ken Kordy Ford in Buena park this shows me how you treat customers. Just this little reason I will not be buying another vehicle from you. Staff was very friendly this is a manager or owner thing sorry
