First of all Ismael is not the one who served me the person's name was Mario Mario was nice you had great customer service skills but there were a few things I noticed when my car was ready it took me then 15 minutes to bring it out to me but Mario did come out and tell me to let them know next time that I should have gotten my car right away he also had my tires done and put Armor All on all four and had it washed other than that Mario was great
