I bought both of my Ford vehicles at KGF and the regular service appointment take way too long in my opinion. For the past 2 years I have used another dealer to service my Ecosport. Over 2 hours for a service, after my lease I will switch to one of those oil change places that get me out in 15 minutes.

Great service from Tim, but also from a previous situation.
Shortly after purchase,I noted fluid on floor mat resembling brake fluid.
Without an appointment Called into service and made contact with Tim.
We discussed situation,checked fluid level etc.
Without hesitation he suggezted I keep an eye on it.
It was late Friday afternoon.
If further problem, advised call him personally on Sat or Mon.
This problem seems resolved. No repeat.
Tim also made my mud flap purchase a seemless event,from order to pick up.
I will ask for Tim pn all my future service needs.
He is a great guy, an asset tovK.G. Ford.
