I had a malfunction light on and it turned off(after 2 weeks) in the service line. Tim told me you couldn’t check the problem if it wasn’t on for the mechanic?!? I had to call Tim back to give him the date, time, and the malfunction since it was on my Ford Pass App. He actually asked me if I wanted to drive around until it came back on. I’m busy too! Another problem is my back seat when folded up will not stay latched, I was told a year ago it needs to beak in from you, I had to convince Tim it alway unlatched, Seemed like I had to argue to have it looked at. I was told it was realigned, but it unlatched minutes after leaving KG, the first stop light. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I came to you for service since I purchased my vehicle from you, but I don’t think I’m coming back, I felt like I was disturbing the service dept and not treated like a customer.

This dealership is the LAST one I’ll ever need/use. Everyone from sales to service has gone above and beyond my expectations. JC in customs/service has gone far beyond what’s required to fulfill service needs, take care of me with rental while recall service was done, and sent someone to my house to take care of something when I couldn’t get the truck to them. The gentleman who set me up with the appointment and who handled the paperwork aspect was spot on with customer service! Now to the mechanic who was authorized to touch my vehicle, I wish I would have used his tools while he watched. First, when installing a new motor mount, please don't leave the hideous part sticker on so that it's obvious you replaced it. Secondly, the mechanic did not wipe down the area to where the mount blew up therefore exhibiting negligent half-**** work. Coming from a reputable authorized Ford dealership, I honestly am let down by the work performed on my 16' FoST. Also, I know it's only a few dollars, but the mechanic knocked my windowshield wiper cap off and thought it was okay to not put it back on. Lastly, I'm really disappointed the technician didn't notice how horrible my transmission felt. The STs are known to have issues related to bad synchros, along with the transmission not catching properly. I really like Ford, I really enjoy my FoST, and I really hope my warranty gets honored to its fullest and that I as a consumer and appreciated Ford customer, start to be taken serious with my concerns and requests; the same seriousness that Jim Vreeland Ford gave when they wanted my near 20k. when purchased last year.
