I did not like my waiting time nor some unanswered calls made to Service Dept. while my car was there for repairs. No fault of Tim’s though, he made it happen as best that he was able. Had to wait for a part after 3 days of trying to find my problem. A little set back but I was able to still get a rental which I appreciate very much. I loss $135.92 in an extra insurance policy from the rental company aside from the fact that my own insurance company would have covered everything had I known that. If my feedback really matters, I would love to be reimbursed for that amount. Kindly acknowledge and advise. Craig T

Tried have a accessory installed on my vehicle and was extremely unhappy with the cost to complete. I purchased my 2020 Ford Ranger from this dealership along with an extended maintenance warranty. Although I am very happy with the vehicle. I am no longer going to do business with this dealership because of price gouging philosophy .

When I arrived to the dealership yesterday I was very emotional, my purse was stolen the day prior. In my purse was my Debit Card, Xrivers License, my House keys and my Car key fob. I took my car in to program another key and havr my key tbat tbe Thief now had access to deprogrammed. Mario was very understanding and compassionate.
