I took my 2011 Edge in last week for check tire pressure light has been going on I was told they just reset the tire pressure gauge and now it’s on again Michael was the service person, I couldn’t get him to answer his phone to call me back I understand everyone is busy with other customers. I call to make another appointment for Monday August 23 I explained the situation to a young lady in service and she just transferred me over to voicemail. Very disappointed in this service since I had to pay $100 and my car is still under warranty. In the pass I work with Anntte and everything was taken care of the tire pressure is back on and I do not want to pay another $100 due to the fact the repairs were not taken care of . Tim prete was great as always, brought truck in with engine light on and they diagnosed it and replaced fuel pump, the next day engine light came on again with two warnings and now I have to miss another day of work to bring it back, I’ve owned 50 cars and trucks, 3 from you guys but you’re trucks ****!
