Communication could be improved; if the service is going to take 4 day you should let the person know.
Then I went to pick up the car and pay the employee says," wait outside and someone will pull up with your car." I waited for 20 minutes and realized I was standing next to my car and no one was retrieving my car. I went back inside asked for my keys because I have located my car. The employee gets the keys in 2 seconds and pulls out may car. So why a customer who just spent 1,400 and had to wait 4 day with no communication from the dealership; then wait 20 minutes to watch employees do nothing while it only took 2 seconds to get my car. This service was laughable I hate it.
