We used to take our car to another dealership closer to our home but the management is SO horrible!! Your dealership is farther from our home, but we took a chance and took our car to your dealership. Ismael was wonderful from the time he started helping us until we picked up our van. My husband was not going to make it there by closing time but Ismael kindly waited for him until he arrived. I appreciate so much all his help. I know how busy Friday’s must get especially going in there without an appointment, and with the construction going on. We are VERY happy with the way he handled everything and I will not take our car anywhere else except to Ismael!! Thank you so much…
