There are multiple items lacking Lack of follow up from service advisor Continuos need to return to have vehicle serviced. Called that vehicle is ready but advisor unsure if all items were addressed. Customer unable to bring vehicle in for service due to service advisor being off. Picked up vehicle yesterday 10/28 and check engine light still on. Vehicle is a 2020 explorer, smelling gas through the exhaust and as of 5:17 pm on 10/29 unable to reach anyone in service department for the last hour including service manager. Have spoken with Alexis front desk on numerous occasions whereby she’s apologizing for service. I’m concerned to drive my fairly new vehicle with these conditions.
