Raul should know, that not all that enters there are as stupid as he would wish!
I’m a mechanic and I know the difference between bleeding my cooling system and putting in coolant!
And he should stop trying to cover for the idiots that work there; and tell the truth!
Impacts are not the best way to set a lug nut with out damage!
He has become fixated on generating income and forgot that some people are not that stupid!
Make the customer feel like he, not his money is are important!
Just ask Tim prite how that works!
You should reeducate your staff!

Annette was from start to finish a brutal and difficult representative to deal with. My first call with her started with unpleasantness and I left feeling like a ****. She viewed my truck and insisted on an alignment. (Said it was visibly cambered) the next day mentioned it did not need the alignment after all but they already started if unfortunately. I was lucky enough to only pay half price for that. When the truck was eventually ready I received another call laced with that legendary Annette attitude. At some point we realized the issues it was taken in for were never addressed and unapologetically she said, “we’ll im off tomorrow, this will have to wait until Thursday.” What should have been a couple days at best turned into a week and a half.
