Brought the truck in in November for a horrible whining sound coming from the rear end, service technician said it was my tires. Spent $2000 on new tires found out it was the rear end ring and pinion gear when I brought it back in this week. Spent $2000 on tires that weren’t ready to be replaced. Brought it in for my front air pressure tea PMS sensors for the truck service technician told me it was malfunctioning because the tire pressure was too low right at home today had it on the freeway for 10 minutes and malfunction again after they said it was tire pressure. Brought it in to have the sunroof cover corrected after they replace the sunroof told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, picked it up yesterday drove it off the service bay and it was doing the same thing so I called over the service advisor and miraculously he heard it and said oh I guess there is something wrong with it. I’ve been lied to by your company more times than I care to even go over with you. I bought two Ford raptor from you, a 2018 and a 2019. Very dissatisfied again nothing but lies from your service department. I do not blame Tim for this but I do blame the service department.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with overall experience. Took my vehicle on Saturday at 7am. Did not get back until Tuesday night, 3 days later. Was today Saturday service was unable to diagnose issue. Monday came and was told mechanic or technician called out sick. All day Tuesday waiting to hear when it would be ready. I don’t blame service rep Ismael for delay in service but due expect some sort of urgency when resolving concerns. I’m the end was told nothing found to be fixed, seemed like original reason for service May have not even been addressed.
