I made an appointment for Monday at 8am. I brought my truck on time. I already knew what the code error was prior to dropping off my truck. It came up as the glow plug for cylinder #8. I’was aware that it could have been some other problem causing the error but it still seemed pretty straightforward. I had to call the dealer at almost 2pm. I was told that my advisor was at lunch. I didn’t get a call back until after 4pm and I was told that the dealer never even looked at my truck because you guys had too many diesel trucks to work on that day. I asked if you guys had rental cars or a loaner car and my advisor said that you guys don’t have those. I received a phone call on Tuesday afternoon just letting me know that they were finally working on my truck. I didn’t get another call until Wednesday afternoon letting me know that my truck was done. I was not able to pick up my truck in time for closing so I picked up my truck today. When I walked in the first thing I saw was a sign that said rental car. That’s weird because I had to scramble to go find a rental car because you guys supposedly don’t have them. And yeah you guys did some updates but after all was said and done I had 1 glow plug replaced. I’m not sure why it took 3 days to replace a glow plug? I’m assuming you guys are understaffed and your advisors are probably over worked. And don’t worry I’m not the type of person to Yelp this and complain. And I really don’t expect anything in return. I really don’t expect someone to get in trouble over this either. Just do better!

Dropped off truck for alignment and to repair creaking/binding sound on acceleration. Truck is still experiencing same issues. Unable to get ahold of anyone to resolve these issues.
