Mechanics were having some difficulty finding anything at fault with the vehicle and I completely understand. I only wish Annette had kept me better apprised of the situation during the 5 business days the vehicle was in for service. Other than that, my experience with Annette was fine.

I am no longer happy with this vehicle I purchased only 3.5 months ago. I wish I could take back my original good review, as I filled it out days after I got the truck. I don’t trust this truck, and it was sold to me with the tactic of “certified is basically brand new”. It should not be having this many problems. I purchased it because I am going to start hauling a horse trailer, with my horses in it. I will never haul them with this truck now. I completely regret spending more many for the “certified” tag. I thought this truck was supposed to be thoroughly looked at. It feels like a scam, and now I’m stuck because I cannot afford to replace it. I no longer feel safe in it and won’t be using it for what it was intended for.
