Good service just took way to long for an oil change over the phone i was told if u bring ur car in at 8 i can have it done by noon and no it was done at 5 n only found out because i called ..next time maybe just a straight up answer is better that way i plan accordingly

Pricing for very minor task seemed very excessive. Had to have the brakes done and had no choice but to have them remove three wheel locks that I had lost the key for. A recent tire shop I visited was able to do it in 3 minutes with no charge and no damage to tools or the vehicle yet I was charged $100 for the three that were still on the vehicle. If I knew this I would have had it taken care of at that same tire shop prior to my appointment. This was my first experience giving a dealership a chance to work on my vehicle, seems that everything is profit-driven in regards to labor
