Mario was not a very good service member. Very aloof, not concerned with much, and overall poor attitude. I know he upcharged me on a product which I’m not very happy about, so many he has a career in sales. Overall, I still like Ken Grody, but do not want him as a service member again. Also asked me if I wanted my truck washed and agreed. Never happened unfortunately.
