Typically I stay away from dealerships for repair or maintenance. I’ve had terrible experiences and had a perception of higher price than my usual mechanic. Today I was a absolutely great experience that changed my whole view on visiting a dealer for future work on my trucks. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, pricing was fair. Deje mi vehiculo el domingo por la tarde, tuve que estar hablando para ver el estatus, no se me ofreció carro de renta el cual tengo derecho por que tengo garantía, tuve que llamar a la oficina de garantía para poder tener mi derecho de carro de renta. El día que hable para pedir status de mi vehículo casi me cuelga la llamada el señor Raul Rodriguez. Y cuando iva por carro de renta hasta ese entonces me avisa que mi vehículo estaba listo. Fue muy desagradable tratar con el. Espero no tener que ser atendido por el en el futuro.

Went there my truck don’t start after 1 night they told it a battery issues and it going to cost $250 to replace a battery then I told me change it and problem still the same I don’t know what to do my old battery was just fine and same problem with same battery

If it’s about the tire and wheel purchase, no one called and gave me updates. I had to stop by to see what was going on at 4:38pm and everyone with KG Customs had left for the weekend, so Anthony said that get back to me the next business day. One week later I finally got an update and that it would be 2 weeks more. NOT HAPPY!
