It’s been a **** hassle . Have been waiting multiple weeks and driving back and forth to get my vehicle fixed. Last time I drove all the way to Beuna park to find out the one technician capable of doing the repair was not there. Now I’m in $800 in parts and expected to pay another $700 in labor for this repair that’s now costing me in wasted time and gas.

I spoke with Raul on the phone the night before making the appointment to bring my truck in. Raul asked me to explain the issues with my truck and made sure he had the issues documented and even more impressive pulled up the history on my truck and verified my extended warranty plan I had recently purchased.
Today when I brought my truck in he already had every issue we discussed the night before documented and had the paperwork ready to go.
In my humble opinion he was very organized and efficient.
