Didn’t like that I had to pay for an alignment and for you to install my new tires that I brought to you quite expensive for the installation. Also KG had my truck for seven days in which my insurance doesn’t cover that? cost me roughly $700 while my Truck was in the shop. Having coverage was a waste of time I could’ve took it to big O tires had my tires installed and then took it to Jiffy Lube and it would’ve been done within an hour within a day or two…

When I went to go pick up my car it took the car porter 33 minutes.
The rep told me the day before my car was washed and it was not.
The issue with my car still happens it gets hot and the indicator light comes on.
