The only complaint is that I asked for the van to be washed..it was written on the receipt..I did not notice until I I was nearly home..

Raul was knowledgeable and very courteous, he let me know what the job would entail, and how long the work would take. The service team as a whole was prompt and efficient and I felt like they took very good care of my truck. The customer service representative that assisted me tried to deter me from picking up my car after service hours on a Saturday (3PM). I had to persuade her to leave my keys with the front desk because I couldn’t arrive until 4PM. The associate said in uncertain terms that doing so would be an inconvenience to her because they might get bad at her for leaving my key. How inconvenient would it have been to the customer if they couldn’t pick up their car for 2 days, and needed to wait for the next work day to do so? Fortunately for me, I was able to pick up my keys and my car after hours. The woman at the sales front desk was kind and helpful as well

Dealer had car for almost 5 weeks without any answers as to what was wrong or what was needed to move forward with repairs. Assistant service manager Raul, kept giving run around and couldn't/didn't answer questions about my car. Called in the 3rd week. Raul stated they didn't know what was wrong and couldn't figure out battery issue. Called in 4th week-still working on battery issue. Raul stated car had major problem, but had no real findings/facts to support this, and couldn't answer questions about what was being done to support the major issues diagnosis. Called in 5th week. Raul still had almost no details, only stating that the repair would require a long block engine replacement based on the only test that had been completed in nearly 5 weeks-a basic compression test and noise while engine briefly was running. Again, the battery issue still not solved. In addition, the other issues ( fuel leak, oil leak, and two recalls) not addressed/diagnosed/resolved or repaired. This is crazy! This from a dealer? At best, terrible service. At worst, complete incompetence, or dishonsty from Raul and technicians involved. This is completely unacceptable from top to bottom. This will not be the last time/place I share this experience, as others should know what to expect when dealing with Ken Groody Ford.
