The service rep Chris Lee was arrogant lacked empathy. I have done 4 + repairs of over $2000 for a 2019 leased vehicle. Including replacing breaks at 20,000 miles this explorer is a lemon I will pursue my rights.
The service rep repeated to me why did I have the battery replaced without bringing to dealership, 5 times in a 3 minute conversation. I called him back to express my frustration he non empathetic like said hmm I understand your opinion???? He needs training I plan to Yelp this so other woman clients are not treated poorly. At that service department they can’t get out of chairs too many of them they point you where to go and act like you are second class to their staff. Starts with service manager , he also could not get out of the chair acted like I was emotional for being frustrated with my treatment by Lee. I was going to buy a bronco that day my lease is up. I would prefer to travel two hours away then give this dealership my business. This was my second lease. This leadership needs training on how to treat repeat clients and woman in general. It always starts from the top. I am a Director in customer service for over 30 years , if I got a bad review ( I don’t) because I take steps to hear my clients expectations. I know it would start with a manager that does not take the client perception as a gauge of what occurred. Shame on you
