I took my truck in to get the AC repaired. I was charge $510 to have the air conditioning fixed which only lasted about four weeks and the problem came back. Tried to make another appointment to get it resolved and they lost my appointment slip or something. And now they’re giving me the runaround about getting it fixed. Tim Prete has not returned any of my phone calls the past five days. I have been a lifelong Ken Grody customer and if this doesn’t get resolved you will lose my business forever.

Mario is great, very nice and easy to work with, just a little tough to nail down and appointment with.
One more thing, I know this would not be Mario but instead the service tech that worked on my vehicle. The inspection noted that my engine air filter was in the "Yellow" meaning it would need service soon. This is not the case because I had just replaced it the weekend before. This means the tech did not actually inspect the air filter but mostly likely just looked at the mileage and figured it was dirty based on the mileage.
