Although Raul was great with the whole transaction I was not contacted about my car and I did the overnight drop off. I called at 3:30pm to see if my car was ready and that was when I was updated and given details about my car and whether I wanted to make certain updates to my car. Then I was told I could pick it up around 5pm. I understand things can take a while but to do an overnight drop off and then to pick my car up near closing time the next day, seems like a long time to keep a car. I also would’ve liked a courtesy call to at least let me know when my car could been picked up, instead of me having to call. And not too sure if this is still available but I was expecting a courtesy car wash since my car was there the whole day too but that’s not as important as the other issues I mentioned earlier.
That being said I do believe Raul did a great job once I was in contact with him and he handled everything with care and consideration. He definitely makes the customers at Ken Grody feel like family.
