I took my explorer because it had a problem with the reverse. After I picked up my truck from service still has a delay when put in reverse.
You told me is normal but I drove other explorers and they don’t do this
I really doubt that anything was done to solve the issue.

Mario did a excellent job getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. He was in touch with me and was letting me know what the problem was and had it fixed same day. He’s very informative and communicated with me as a true professional and treated me with respect. My vehicle was washed and when I arrived to pick it up he greeted me and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes with my vehicle waiting for me in the carport.

Ismael was professional courteous and prompt. My truck was delivered very late sat evening and he called me at 8am Monday to let me know it was received and that he couldn’t get to it till at least tuesday He was upfront and honest and followed up with phone calls and txt messages keeping me updated with my vehicles status as when the parts were ordered and the tech was servicing it! Total professionalism and customer service was above and beyond my expectations.
