I had to call for updates. They were not called in to me. The dates provided for completed diagnostic or work were exceeded. Picked up my vehicle, and 2 miles later the same check engine light turned on… work was not completed properly. Stuff happens, but it cost me an hour and an additional $25 in Uber rides to get my vehicle the 2nd time.
