I scheduled an appointment to fix my backup camera that stopped working after I had you guys install the spray in bed liner. On the day of the appointment I find out that the person who fixes the backup camera is on vacation. Why would you let me make an appointment if the person who fixes things is on vacation?
I have 2 problems with you guys.
1. During the install for the bedliner, you broke my backup camera.
2. You let me schedule an appointment on a day that your repairman is not there and waste my time.
