First, I appreciate Chris Lee’s efforts and believe he is a solid service advisor. Overall I was dissatisfied because I took my new Explorer ST (only 1,000 miles) there for a coolant leak, which I was then told couldn’t be looked at for 3 weeks. I spent $40 on uber trips to my house and back because the shuttle wasn’t available. In the end nothing was done to my car, I spent $40 on Uber, and burned up a couple hours during my work day.
