I called 6 times the afternoon I dropped it off 3 times the call dropped and 3 times I left messages. No call back that day. Finally got through the next day after three attempts. I don’t think the vehicle had been touched. This is day 3 so I hope there is some resolution. I have to return the other car to my wife tomorrow. Needless to say I am not pleased with the communication process.
