This time **** and really disappointed, was here before fir so many times, but look like changed the management , systems way better before , associates as well , lady right there a kind of rude. Sorry to say that, secondly before had a courtesy rides fir customers now no more I don’t know why, and the really bad thing just brought my car Tuesday early morning because they said closed on 4th of July so was there on Tuesday an I left my car at around 3 pm I called the advisor for any update and said they lol call me again like what said when I left the shop. Waited till next day I called again around 12 sane story said they’ll call , so obviously they did not pay attention on my car yet for 1.5 day and sadly to say I walked from work to home just to wait to my car. Lucky they called me around 3 pm on the second day. So obviously they’ll so slow. Why they did nit say bring my car the next day again if they’ll can’t take a look in that day? Ok so I decided to pull out my car and bring it to other ford shop. So in short I like the management before advisers as well , the’re well approachable. Well thank yiu anyway fir my good and bad experiences on your place.

Not having any shuttle service was surprising. None of the employees I saw were wearing masks so it couldn’t have been a concern for Covid. Having to pay for Ubers or not given a temporary car was disappointing.

Opened the hood this weekend for the first time since my service a couple weeks ago and found the cap for the oil fill port on the valve cover was sitting on the front grill cover. There’s now a fine mist of oil spray on the driver’s side engine compartment.
