I tried to warranty my seat cover for premature wear, multiple wrinkles, and the orange under material is fraying through the vented seats. This condition is complete unacceptable for a new vehicle period, let alone one that is $75000. It was rejected as normal wear. Ford lost a loyal customer today over a $500 seat cover. Over the last seven years I have purchased 3 new vehicles from ford 2015 mustang gt premium,2017 f150 fx4 302a, and my 2022 f150 tremor 402a. As it stands right now the tremor will be the last vehicle I purchase from ford. It's quality and the overall response from ford has left a bad taste in my mouth.
