I was very happy that Raul took the time to talk to me over the phone prior to me dropping off out 2018 Flex. He looked into the things we were concerned about to make sure they were covered items under our extended warranty. I had called before and talked to another person who was not willing to do that. So I’m very happy to have gotten Raul this time. Every item I wanted taken care of was handled. Very pleased with Raul as my service writer. I will ask for him next time I need service.
