I started by working with Raul and was very uncomfortable with his service. I told him that my car window broke due to a golf ball hitting it and the golf course was taking care of the repair. He immediately started to try and add an additional services to increase the cost of the repair. I was very offended by him trying to do that because I was appreciative that the golf course was paying for the repair and didn’t want to charge them more than they should be. I asked for the original Ford window to replace the broken window but when I picked up my car there was an aftermarket window that had been installed. I had to make an additional trip to the dealership to have the correct window installed. Raul wanted the car for more than a day which seemed ridiculous given the repairs that needed to be done. I became very frustrated with him and asked for the manager,Robert, who quickly took care of my issue. He was much more professional. I was able to get the repair done within a couple hours. In the future I will continue to get my car serviced by Ken Grody Service manager and try to only deal with Robert.

Tim Prete is the real deal at Ken Grody Ford. He's a straight shooter that gets my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. I can always depend on him for good quality service when my vehicle isn't performing well.
Please give him a promotion as he's always working and I never see him take a day off.

We purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership a couple of years ago and Juan Carlos has been taking care of us since we have been customers. We have even moved over 30 miles away and we still have our vehicles serviced here specifically because of how Juan Carlos takes care of us. Enough said.
