The service of a scheduled oil change was fairly quick and Ishmael was extremely helpful and friendly as he had been every time I’ve brought my truck in for service . However the offer to wash my car was nice but the truck was returned to me wet and with water spots in some parts. I had to get my own towel to dry off the wet parts and attempt to remove water spots. I was very dissatisfied and upset with this level of service, considering how highly recommended Ken Grody Ford is for service.
