Only issue i had related to the waiting area. There was a guy working the construction near the customer waiting area who was complaining about something. He was complaining in a loud manner, using very foul language. (F-bombs) Everyone in the area could hear him. It went on for quite some time. Very unprofessional language using at a business establishment.

The communication from the person handling my case had been very limited. I have called multiple times for an update, the representatives I speak to said they would have the person reach out to me but they never do. The times I have spoken to her she is very rude when asked questions, short with answers and cuts me off before I finish my statement or question answering in a very frustrated manor.
